Case Commentary

Is the defendant of a defendant a defendant?

I would say yes and have little need to defend my statement.

Also, that's pretty much the case... or at least, having become bored with this case (and thus, having stopped in my reading about mid-way through), that's my take on it.

Five of the Justices disagree with me. So, I must assume there are some nit-picky reasons for taking the other side.

But The Court is split fairly evenly 5-4, so I will assume Common Sense lays on My Side... alas, the Minority Side.
