Ginger Bread Cookies

Ginger Bread Cookies

1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg

.25 cup molasses
1.5 cup flour

5 tsp ground ginger
2.5 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp salt
2 tsp Vanilla

Optional (fistful of crystallized ginger)

Roll into tube, refrigerate, slice .125 to .25",
350 degrees for 15 minutes
leave in oven to get crispy
