Chocolate Mother Day Cake

Mother's Day Cake

2 stick butter, melted
6 bars 72% Chocolate, 1.5oz melted
1 cup sugar
dash vanilla
4 eggs
1 cup flour

1 hour at 350, in well-buttered round casserole dish

Melt butter and chocolate together.
Mix in sugar and vanilla.
Let cool a bit (so eggs don't cook) before mixing in eggs.
Mix in flour.
Cook in casserole dish, till toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool.

Thaw bag of frozen pitted cherries.

Serve with vanilla ice cream and thawed frozen fruit
(cherries, blueberries, strawberries, mixed berries)
