This is typically served as a salad (complete with lettuce and what not). But I'm not doing that when I have this much premium steak lying about.
I think it was rib eye.
I really do not know my cuts of meat.
1lb leftover steak, sliced thin
1 lime, squeezed, baby, squeezed
1 scallion, as in a single stalk
fish sauce, a shake or two
soy sauce, a shake or two more
salt... because I did not add enough of the previous two
I mixed it up, let it sit, mixed it up, took a sample, mixed it up, scooped into small bowls, and served.
Excellent when served with some sort of fruit cocktail... perhaps a nice watermelon smoothie.
