When collaborating with another for financial gain, I have a strong desire to hash out the terms prior to working on any product.  As follows is as far as the terms got (which is not very) with the product still in conceptual design.

The nature of the gig would have been as follows:
    IDEA: By Brett or [OTHER]
    ART: By Brett
    MARKETING: By [OTHER]

This has sat on my desktop for three additional months after I decided to Archive it with the main problem being that I no longer know who said what; and as such, what words are mine.  And although I probably could piece this together from my SMS Text Message Records, that seems like a lot of work to (possibly) salvage a few hundred words of scrap text.

    [OTHER] Free to Pursue Other Clients or Ideas
        Non-Exclusive in Both Directions
        But Brett's Ideas & Artwork are Brett's
 
    An AT WILL Agreement
        No compulsion to Perform
            Except in the dispersement of Funds

But like I said, we never really got anywhere.  And I'm pretty happy just giving it all away on My Website... for the time being, at least.

Also, as my vision fades, I am less and less interested in Visual Media.  I haven't made a new filter in a long-long time.
