2018-02-16 (c) Brett Paufler # # # I'm playing the Incans, again, on Monarch with three continents and no barbarians. My start is on a five wide peninsula, so I will cut land in half, hopefully in the middle {giving me uncontested control of at least one half, maybe}. I have pigs, cows, floodplains, and plenty of hills. With any of luck, there will be copper or iron in them-there hills. I will start play with a one city challenge attitude. # # # I'm not feeling it. Maybe, I am losing interest in game. Whatever, I failed at Stonehenge, it seemed like I would loose to Persia quickly enough (we are on the same continent), and The Pyramids felt like they were taking forever. So, I abandoned game. # # # # # # The second game: Version B. I am playing Inca on Monarch. There are barbarians. I don't know how that happened... and three other civilizations on this continent. Wonder spam is working OK. Though, I am on the edge of war from the military weakness that brings. The other cities I am bringing on line are in support of the main. Just took over a barbarian city with swords, another, hopefully on the way. It will be a hard won victory, slow going, if in fact, I am victorious. # # # Stopped in the warring era. Who knows? Competition is fierce! Who knows how the computer spams all those cities? # # # # # # 2018-02-16 (c) Brett Paufler
