Ginger Snaps

But will they snap?

I got a little Burnt Sugar taste on the first piece I ate. I hope it was just because it was a corner piece.

These are good.

I plowed right through Half of this Half Batch.

I could do these again.

The next day, these are hardening (and therefore, crunching up) quite nicely.

I am on the fence about whether they need more Ginger. I like the current effect. But do I want it to be even greater?

One thing is for sure, if I make these again, I will spend the time to flatten The Dough. Those thick pieces will be difficult to eat in a day or two... not that they will last that long.
