I have been cooking Bacon in the oven for a long time. First, I lay the Bacon out in some sort of baking dish. Then, I put it in the oven for a few hours at 250°. And I find it eventually gets nice and crispy; but with less chance of burning.

Next time, I will be lowering the temperature even further to 225°.

But in the meantime, I will be using the rest of the package (about a third, what is left over after sharing and eating a few slices straight) a BLT (loads of Bacon on Whole Grain Bread with Mayo and Tomato; so, no Lettuce), which will be one of the last sandwiches I eat prior to running out of non-keto ingredients.
