I'm on a Soup binge.
Stone Soup refers to soup at random.
The Cold part comes about because most of the ingredients came from the freezer.
- 17oz Chicken Broth
- Only what's in the cupboards will do.
- 17oz Water
- What am I?
- Made of money?
- A little less than a cup.
- Cream Cheese Spinach
- A little more than a cup.
It was just a matter of dumping the lot into a small pot, heating to thaw, and hitting with a blender.
Seasoned to taste with:
- Grated Swiss Cheese
- Sour Cream
This was some tasty, satisfying stuff. In the future, I think I could make a nice Cream Soup simply by starting with Cream Cheese: an item which is in over-abundance in these parts.
So, somewhere down the line, there is that to look forward to.
