Is it cheating to use store bought sauce?
- 1.0 lb Roast Pork Loin
- 1.5 lb Roast Beef
- Spiced to Taste
- ½ Cup Water
- ½ Jar Spaghetti Sauce
It's all leftovers... or jarred spice. Meaning, the meat was precooked, so all I had to do was thaw it... hence, the reason for the water. From there, I spiced the meat so it had some chance of standing on its own... so it would be tasty if I just ate it straight. And then, I added the sauce, brought the lot to heat, and served with bread and butter.
Next time, I'll eat it with noodles.
Due to the heaviness of the dish (lots of meat), this will likely be enough for four meals.
