Blueberry banana bread, like banana bread, just add a few cups of frozen blueberries, this is the raw dough, salt, sugar, and cinnamon dusted across the top

Blueberry Banana Bread

Shall we wing it?

Of course, we are going to wing it!

1 stick butter
1 cup sugar

2-3 eggs (I'm using 3)

Many (most, all) of the recipes I looked at called for two eggs. But I'm adding both blueberries and banana. And something has to hold this thing together.

2cups flour
1tsp baking powder

3 bananas (fermenting, previously frozen, using them might be a mistake)
2 cups frozen blueberries

I mixed between each ingredient grouping. So, I mixed four times.

I, then, spooned the mixture into a shallow pre-buttered glass baking dish. Before dusting liberally with:

1 part cinnamon
1 part salt
2 parts crystal sugar

Setting aside while I preheated the oven and made nachos, I then cooked for a solid hour at 350°.

Eh, maybe a half an hour more...
Final:
60 min at 350°
30 min at 300°
Perfection!

These were good!

I could load them up with even more fruit and/or nuts!
