Yeah, some of these images are pretty weak, I took a dozen, maybe two dozen pictures of broth, and decided leftover chicken looked better, nice brown skin on that chicken
I guess, I'll eat the meat. But what to do with the broth?

Raspberry Jelly Chicken Stock

This one really is going to be short.

1 quart chicken stock
2-3 teaspoons salt
2-3 tablespoons raspberry jelly
10 cranks of the pepper mill

In wrapping up (the eating, the saving, the disposing) of the latest chicken, I decided to quickly knock out some soup... to save for later, so let's see how it goes.

If it needs a little more kick (after actually tasting it), I'll add more:

balsamic vinegar
pickle juice

But really, more salt usually does the trick. I can just call it broth at that point.

Eh, it was OK.

But just OK.
